1. Seasonal Members Passports are non-refundable.
2. It cannot be exchanged for other tickets, goods or services.
3. Valid for one year from date of purchase.
4. Seasonal Members Passports can only be used by the holder and must be presented to ticket staff at each visit. Any persons in the same party who do not have a valid passport will be required to pay the full ticket admission cost for the Safari Park.
5. The management reserves the right to vary the availability of any attractions or facilities without notice. The management reserves the right to refuse entry.
6. Seasonal Members Passports cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, voucher or promotion.
7. Seasonal Members Passports are issued individually and cannot be purchased as a family pass.
8. Can we also remind visitors that if children reach the age of three during the season they will be required to pay full admission cost or purchase a child season ticket. Proof of age identification may be requested.
