FAQ

The new Breastfeeding Friendly Scotland Scheme (BFS) has been recently launched across Scotland in order to provide mothers with positive experiences of breastfeeding when out and about. This scheme aims to help mothers feel more confident and supported when breastfeeding in public areas.

We are delighted that here at the Safari Park we can actively support mothers to feed on the park premises. By displaying the BFS sticker, we will give a visual reassurance that breastfeeding families will be welcomed in a warm and supportive environment. This scheme is supported by the Scottish Government and NHS Scotland.

If, whilst in the park, you would like more information about the scheme or advice on comfortable areas to breastfeed, please let a staff member know.
