Apart from our catering vacancies where the minimum age is 16, for all other positions you need to be at least 18 years of age.
You will be required to run a busy restaurant preparing high quality wholesome food. Previous experience is essential as is an elementary food hygiene certificate. Applicants must be team players and be able to lead by example, have excellent standards and work well under pressure.
