INTRODUCTION

 

These General Terms apply to all Contracts for sale between Blair Drummond Safari & Adventure Park (the Seller) to our visitors, you the Customer. They shall prevail over any other documentation or communication from the Customer.  We may update these General Terms from time to time, but any updates will be placed on our Website and are accepted by the Customer at the time of Booking.

If the Customer is a Consumer (i.e., not acting in the course of trading or business), then nothing in these General Terms affects the Customer’s statutory consumer rights.

All orders for tickets, memberships, Goods or Animal Experiences shall be deemed to be an offer by the Customer to purchase pursuant to these General Terms and are subject to acceptance by the Seller. The Seller may choose not to accept an order for any reason.

When making an order through the Website, the technical steps the Customer needs to take to complete the order process are described in the order process section within the Website. Your use of the Website is governed by the Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which can be found here and which is deemed to form part of these General Terms.

The Seller reserves the right to periodically update prices on the Website. The Seller shall make every effort to ensure prices are correct at the point at which the Customer places an order.

In the event of any breach of these General Terms by the Seller, the Seller’s liability shall be limited to damages that do not exceed the price paid by the Customer. The Seller shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage whatsoever.

Nothing in these General Terms shall exclude or limit the liability of the Seller for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of the Seller or that of the Seller’s agents or employees.

 

LIST OF DEFINITIONS

“General Terms” means these general terms and conditions relating to the Park;

“Seller/We/Us” means Blair Drummond Safari Park, Blair Drummond, Stirling, FK9 4UR owned and operated by Scottish African Safari Park Limited (company number 00977880) with its registered office at Magna House, 2nd Floor, 18-32 London Road, Staines-Upon-Thames, United Kingdom, TW18 4BP

“Booking” means a booking confirmed by us for a Park Visit or an Animal Experience;

″Customer” means the individual or organisation who purchases Park tickets or other goods and services from Us;

“Consumer” means an individual who is not acting in the course of trade or business;

“Contract” means the contract for sale between the Seller and the Customer incorporating these Terms;

“Children” mean persons aged under 16;

“Visitor(s)” means any person who visits the Park, whether or not the Customer;

“Park Visit” means a visit by a Visitor to the Park;

“Goods” means the articles that the Customer agrees to buy from the Seller which may include Park Visits, Animal Experiences, Gift vouchers, Adoption packs and Memberships;

“Member” means an individual who has either purchased or been gifted a seasonal membership to the Park;

“Safari Park/Park” means Blair Drummond Safari Park located at Blair Drummond, Stirling, FK9 4UR;

“Safari Drive-Thru” means the self-guided route within the Park, where Visitors can drive their own cars through the animal reserves;

“Website” means www.blairdrummond.com;

“Animal Experience” means a behind the scenes session, led by one of our staff for one or more individuals;

“Amusement Ride” means an amusement ride located in the Park;

“Blair Drummond Railway” means the leisure train, the station platform and surrounding area located within the Park;

“BBQ areas” means the cooking and eating areas designated for cooking on one of the park’s barbecues. These can be booked through us. Please note: we do not permit visitors to bring their own barbecues into the park.

“Yurt” means a private yurt area available for hire within the Park.

“Library Challenge” means the reading challenge set by local libraries allowing successful Children the opportunity to gain free entry to the Park subject to the Library and the Park’s terms and conditions;

WAIVER

No waiver or delay by the Seller (whether express or implied) in enforcing any of its rights under this Contract shall prejudice its rights to do so in the future.

FORCE MAJEURE

The Seller shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to epidemic or pandemic, acts of God, flood, drought, earthquake or other natural disaster, strikes, lock outs, accidents, terrorist attack, civil war, civil commotion or riots, threat of or preparation for war, armed conflict, imposition of sanctions, embargo, or breaking off of diplomatic relations, fire, failure of any communications, telecommunications or computer system, breakdown of plant or machinery, collapse of buildings, explosion or accident or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, and the Seller shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations.

SEVERANCE

If any term or provision of these General Terms is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the provisions hereof shall continue in full force and effect as if these General Terms had been agreed with the invalid illegal or unenforceable provision eliminated.

DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

Any personal data held by Us in relation to you and/or Visitors shall be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The terms of our Privacy Policy can be found here and are deemed to be incorporated into these General Terms.

CHANGES TO GENERAL TERMS

The Seller shall be entitled to alter these General Terms, and any update will be placed on our Website. This right shall not affect the existing General Terms accepted by the Customer upon making a purchase.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These General Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Scotland and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

VISITOR CODE OF CONDUCT

As a family attraction, we aim to provide a safe, welcoming environment for everyone. In order to do so, we expect all our guests to behave respectfully and refrain from any behaviours that could cause disruption or harm to other visitors, our animals, or staff. The following actions may result in you being asked to leave the Park without a refund:

  • Threatening or abusive behaviour or any kind of harassment towards our staff or other visitors. Such behaviour may also result in a total ban from Park grounds, cancellation of any seasonal membership and/or police involvement if required.
  • Littering, playing loud music or general behavior that disrupts the enjoyment of other Visitors or causes distress to the animals.
  • Feeding animals or throwing objects into their enclosures or otherwise disturbing them in a way that compromises their welfare.
  • Failing to follow safety instructions related to Amusement Rides, Blair Drummond Railway, the play park, or during any of our keeper or Animal Experiences.
  • Smoking or vaping within the Park. (Designated areas are available at the main car park.)
  • Using disposable or personal BBQs on site (see BBQ Booking Information).
  • Possession or use of illegal drugs anywhere in the Park.
  • Wearing clothing or footwear deemed inappropriate or inadequate for access to certain areas or activities. Visitors must wear tops in catering and retail areas and shoes on Amusement Rides.
  • Park in a designated parking area that will not block or cause access problems for other visitors or affect the operation of the safari park.
  • Bringing non-assistance dogs into the Park. The safari park is strictly dog-free, but kennels are available at the main ticket office area.

TICKET PURCHASES, PRICE & PAYMENT

Ticket Purchase, Price & Payment

  • Please note: It is not possible to purchase tickets on arrival at the Park. All tickets must be booked on our website prior to arrival. Tickets once booked are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • If you arrive at the Park with no pre-booked tickets, you will be asked to park and book them online (if available) before being allowed entry.
  • In the event that you cannot attend the Park on the day of your intended visit, we shall not be obliged to refund the price of your ticket(s) unless required to do so by law.
  • The price is inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
  • In exceptional circumstances outside the parks control, tickets may be rescheduled. The decision to allow rescheduling remains entirely at the discretion of the Park and does not constitute a right to a refund.
  • Some activities have minimum age requirements – please check the age limit before you buy; failure to meet age requirements may result in non-participation without a refund.

Entry Requirements

  • Booking confirmations and QR codes must be presented for entry in printed format or on your phone on arrival at the park.
  • Failure to provide suitable proof of booking (including booking reference number) and personal identification may affect your entry.
  • Members must book tickets in advance and may be required to provide valid membership details and proof of ID on arrival.
  • Visitors benefiting from special rates (e.g. students or seniors) will be required to provide identification to confirm the rate bought.

 

Animal Experiences & Adoption Pack Tickets

  • Tickets for Animal Experiences and Admission tickets supplied within Adoption packs are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
  • A time and date must be pre-booked online, at least two weeks in advance to attend an Animal Experience.
  • We are unable to give refunds or exchanges if you are unable to attend the date booked. Please note what age restrictions apply prior to booking here.

 

Carers’ Tickets

  • Disabled visitors who need additional support are entitled to free admission for one accompanying carer.
  • Add a ‘Carer’ ticket to your basket when booking online, and bring proof of eligibility on the day.
  • Please note: Unpaid carers without supporting documentation will not be eligible for a free Carer’s ticket.
  • If you cannot provide the documents listed below, standard admission fees will apply.

We accept the following as evidence:

  • A letter showing receipt of Adult, Child Disability Payment or Pension Age Disability Payment (issued by Social Security Scotland or English equivalent)
  • A Personal Independence Payment (PIP)/Universal Credit letter confirming a carer’s payment is included
  • A Carer’s Allowance award letter / Carer Support Payment letter / Young Carer Grant letter
  • A ‘+1’ travel card
  • An Access Card showing ‘+1’ symbol

Please note: Unpaid carers without supporting documentation for the person they care for won’t be eligible for a free Carer’s ticket. If you’re unable to provide the documents listed above, standard admission fees will apply.

 

Library Challenge Tickets

  • Library Challenge tickets allow one child free entry to the Park.
  • This does not allow free entry for an accompanying adult.
  • Accompanying adults are required to purchase their own Park ticket.

 

Upgrades

Tickets for Park Visits may be upgraded to seasonal Membership online within 7 days of the visit. Customers will receive a feedback email after their Visit which contains an offer to upgrade their ticket to a seasonal Membership. The offer will deduct the value of the day ticket from the overall cost of the seasonal Membership. A seasonal Membership runs from March to December, but if you join mid-season your Membership will just run to the same point the following year, so you get the full value.

SEASONAL MEMBERSHIPS

  • Seasonal Memberships can’t be refunded or exchanged for other tickets, goods, or services.
  • They last for one year from the date you buy them.
    • If bought as a Christmas present, they last from 25th December for a year.
  • Members must book their visit online before coming.
  • Only the person named on the Membership can use it. You will need to show your Membership and ID when you enter.
  • If you can’t make your booking, please tell us as soon as possible by email or phone.
  • Entry isn’t guaranteed because spaces for Members are limited each day and given out on a first-come, first-served basis.

WEATHER AND OTHER DISRUPTIONS

  • From time to time, certain areas of the Park may not be able to open safely due to rain or other weather conditions.
  • Certain areas may also be closed occasionally due to required repairs or maintenance.
  • The Park is an all-weather attraction, but we reserve the right to close when deemed necessary — for example, in cases of extreme weather or a RED Weather Warning issued by the MET Office.
  • If the Park is forced to close on the date of your planned visit, we will notify you by email using the address provided at the time of booking.
  • You will be offered the option to rebook for an alternative date, subject to availability.
  • Please note: In the event of a closure (especially on fully booked days), it may take some time to contact all affected customers.

ATTENDANCE & SUPERVISION

  • Children under 16 and other visitors who require supervision must be accompanied by appropriate adults at all times during their visit.
  • If any member of your party is aged 16 or over but still requires support, it is your responsibility to ensure they are accompanied throughout the visit.
  • The Park reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to end a visit immediately without refund if:
    • The safety of any visitor, staff member, or animal is compromised.
    • Failure to follow the rules on the Amusement Rides, Blair Drummond Railway, or play areas / equipment
    • There is a breach of the Code of Conduct.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND PROPERTY

  • Vehicles: Cars are parked at the owner’s risk. The Park accepts no liability for any damage to, or theft from, vehicles while on site.
  • Drive-Through Reserves: Visitors drive through the animal reserves at their own risk. The Park does not accept responsibility for any damage incurred during this experience.
  • Personal Property: The Park is not liable for the loss of, or damage to, any personal property brought onto the premises.

ACCESSIBILITY, WHEELCHAIRS AND SENSORY KITS

  • Wheelchairs and sensory kits (including ear defenders) are available for Visitors who require them. To hire these items, a refundable deposit must be made at the main gift
  • Please note: there are a limited number of these items and they are available on a first-come first-served basis.

BBQ BOOKING INFORMATION

  • BBQ’s can be booked on arrival at the ticket office.
  • BBQs can be booked on the hour or half past the hour, for a maximum of 2 hours. A minimum of 1 hour’s notice is required for your requested BBQ start time.
  • BBQs are paid for at the time of use.
  • All Visitors are responsible for bringing and cooking their own food.
  • Please note: Use of disposable or personal BBQs is not permitted in the Park due to the fire risk.

FILMING AND CCTV

  • Visitors are welcome to take photographs and video recordings in the Park for personal use only.
  • Please limit photography and filming to members of your own party.
  • The Park may ask you to stop taking photos or filming if it causes distress to other visitors, staff or animals.
  • No drones or selfie sticks are allowed in the Park.
  • Commercial use of any photos or videos taken at the Park is not permitted.
  • The Park may carry out its own photography and filming for promotional purposes.
    • Where possible, we will inform you at the Park entrance if filming or photography is taking place.
    • By entering the Park, you consent to the use of any images or footage taken of you for promotional, advertising, or publicity purposes.
    • Please notify a member of staff if you do not wish to be filmed or photographed.
    • All copyright for such material belongs to the Park.
  • CCTV cameras operate throughout the Park to assist with its management.
    • The extent of CCTV coverage is not guaranteed.
    • For more details, please refer to the Park’s Privacy Policy.

SAFARI DRIVE-THRU

  • Make sure all doors, windows, boots, and sunroofs are fully closed and locked before entering. If any open automatically with motion sensors, please turn those off first.
  • Follow all safety signs and instructions while on the Safari Drive-Thru.
  • We are not responsible for any damage or loss to your vehicle. You enter the Safari Drive-Thru at your own risk.
  • Cars with soft tops, motorbikes and uncovered vehicles are not allowed in the Drive Thru Reserves
  • Remove ladders, trailers, bikes attached to your car before entering to avoid damage.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry to any vehicle deemed inappropriate.
  • The Safari Drive Thru Reserves close 15 minutes before the Park closes.

YURT HIRE & BIRTHDAY PARTIES

  • Yurt rental is for 2 hours.
  • Decorations are allowed, but balloons, sky lanterns, party poppers, or confetti are not allowed.
  • You can play music, but please keep it low so it doesn’t bother other visitors or the animals.
  • You must leave the Yurt clean and tidy. Black bin bags are provided for rubbish, and recycling can be left separately.
  • You can come and go during your hire time, but any personal items left unattended are at your own risk.
  • You’re responsible for any deliberate or negligent damage caused by you or your guests. Please tell the any member of the Team about any damage (which may be chargeable) before you leave.
  • Please leave the Yurt on time because other parties may be booked afterwards.

GIFT CARDS & VOUCHERS

  • Gift cards and vouchers can be used to pay for tickets, food and drink and gifts from the retail outlets.
  • They can’t be swapped for cash and no change is given if you don’t use the full amount. Any leftover balance can left on the card to be used later.
  • If you get a refund for something bought with a gift card or voucher, the money will be refunded back to a new gift card.
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be replaced.
  • Gift cards expire within 5 years of purchase.

POSTAL DELIVERIES

  • Where items are being delivered to the Customer, the Seller will make every reasonable effort to meet any agreed delivery date.
  • Delivery items may include purchases made at the Park, online purchases, and Adoption Packs.
  • The Seller shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, or expenses incurred by the Customer or any third party arising directly or indirectly from any failure to meet an estimated delivery date.
  • Delivery shall be made to the Customer’s address specified in the order, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
  • All goods are dispatched using a Royal mail 48hr tracked delivery service.

ANIMAL EXPERIENCES

  • Validity, Booking & Changes
    • Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
    • All experiences must be pre-booked at least 2 weeks in advance.
    • Bookings are on a first come, first served basis and only available on selected dates.
    • You must arrive at least 15 minutes early for your experience.
    • Purchases are non-refundable.
    • Blair Drummond reserves the right to alter dates, times, prices, facilities, or itineraries at short notice.
    • Booked experiences can only be rescheduled at the Park’s discretion.
  • Age Restrictions
    • Minimum age requirements must be followed for safety reasons;
      • Keeper for the Day: 16+
      • Giraffe Experience: 16+ (or 8+ as part of a family experience with an adult aged 18+)
      • Meerkat Experience: 16+ (or 8+ as part of a family experience with an adult aged 18+)
      • Bird of Prey Experience: 16+
      • Mini-Keeper Experience: 16+ (or 3+ as part of a family experience with 1 adult aged 18+ per 4 children)
      • Penguin Experience: 18+ (or 10+ with adult 18+ on family experience)
    • Group Sizes
      • Maximum participants per experience:
        • Keeper for the Day, Meerkat, Mini-Keeper, Penguin, Bird of Prey: 4 people
        • Giraffe: 5 people
      • If you book fewer than the maximum number of places, you may be joined by other participants.
    • Inclusions and Conditions
      • Animal Experiences include free Park admission for participants, valid only on the day of the experience and are non-transferable.
      • Adults accompanying children as part of a family experience must also purchase the Animal Experience.
      • Pregnant women and women within six months of giving birth cannot participate. Validity extensions may be offered, subject to availability and discretion. We must be told before the expiry of the voucher.
      • Serious health conditions – please contact us before booking to ensure you can undertake the experience.
    • Accessibility
      • Efforts will be made to accommodate visitors with disabilities; however, this may not always be possible due to safety and logistics.
      • Contact the Park before booking to discuss individual needs, especially if a carer is required.
    • Safety & Conduct
      • Participants must follow all safety instructions given before, during, and after the experience.
      • The Park is not responsible for injuries or damage resulting from failure to follow safety guidance.
      • Participants must not feed animals unless specifically instructed by staff.
      • Inappropriate or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the Park without refund.
    • Animal Behaviour
      • Animal behaviour is unpredictable; refunds will not be given if an animal does not behave as expected.
    • Other Terms
      • By purchasing or receiving an Animal Experience, you agree to all General Terms and Conditions.

ADOPTIONS

  • Adoption packs purchased online can be:
    • Collected at the Park, or
    • Delivered – see our delivery policy here.
  • Each adoption applies to a species, not an individual animal. Adoptions are not exclusive; others may adopt the same species.
  • The animal collection may change. If your adopted species is withdrawn, funds will support other animals at the Park.
  • 20% of the adoption pack price is donated to the Link to the Wild fundraising initiative.
  • Adopted animals remain the property of Blair Drummond Safari Park.
  • There is no guarantee the adopted species will be visible on the day of your visit.
  • Adoption benefits are listed on the adoptions webpage:
    • If a gift item is unavailable, a suitable substitute will be provided.
    • The Park reserves the right to change benefits without prior notice.
  • Adoption packs include one admission ticket (child or adult as applicable):
    • Valid for one visit only, before the expiry date shown in your pack.
    • Cannot be used with other offers, is non-transferable, and has no cash value.
  • Booking your visit:
    • New packs (adult or child ones) include a code and instructions to book online (valid for 24 months).
    • Older packs with paper tickets remain valid until November 2025; follow instructions in your pack.
    • Advance booking is essential for all adoption visits — walk-ins are not accepted.
  • Adopters Hall of Fame:
    • Recipients must submit their details as instructed in the pack.
    • By submitting, you consent to having your name and town displayed on the Park website.
    • Updates may take up to 7 days, and your listing will be shown for 12 months.

SCHOOL VISITS

These terms supplement our General Terms and are accepted when booking an Educational Visit.

Who Qualifies for School Rates?

  • Visits must take place on weekdays during term-time, subject to availability.
  • The group must be from a:
    • Pre-school, school, college, university, or home education group.
  • Minimum group size: 5 students.
  • Weekend and holiday visits do not qualify for school rates but may be eligible for standard group discounts.
  • Groups such as Brownies, Scouts, English Language Schools, and Summer Schools may also qualify for group discounts.
  • Advance booking is required to access discounted rates.

Arrival Information

  • Groups may arrive any time from 9:45am; Safari Drive-Thru opens at 10:00am.
  • Usual Park closing time is 5:30pm.
  • Arrival can be by bus, coach, or car, but the group must enter together.
  • On arrival, a group representative must report to the Ticket Office with:
    • School name and contact details.
    • Final headcount and attendee breakdown.

School Admission Costs

  • Prices are listed on the website and are subject to change.
  • One free adult ticket per 5 children, or per 4 children for nursery groups.
  • Bus drivers receive free admission if arriving with an educational group.
  • School rates cannot be used in conjunction with:
    • Other offers, promotions, discounts, or third-party payment methods.

Payment

  • Invoices are issued after your visit, but advance invoices can be arranged upon request.
  • Full payment must be made in a single transaction within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Staged payments are not accepted.

Booking Changes and Cancellations

  • Student numbers can be adjusted up to the day of the visit.
  • Final payment will reflect actual attendance on the day of the visit.
  • No refunds for students not in attendance if paid in advance.
  • In case of adverse weather, the Park may close. See policy here.

Free Carer Entry

  • Carers for students with additional needs are admitted free of charge, in addition to the standard adult allocation.
  • Indicate carers on the Booking Form.
  • Carer conditions apply — see here.

Memberships and Complimentary Tickets

  • Group members with valid Park Memberships may receive free entry but:
    • They do not count toward the free adult supervision ratio.
    • Member names must be included on the Booking Form.
    • Proof of Membership may be required on the day.
  • Complimentary tickets (e.g. Adoption or Library Challenge) cannot be used for educational visit entry.

Supervision Requirements

  • Students must be supervised at all times.
  • Groups must abide by our Code of Conduct see here.
  • A Code of Conduct must be signed by the party lead before booking.
  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by adults while on site at all times.

Lunchroom Facilities

  • Limited undercover picnic areas can be booked in advance and may be shared with other schools.
  • Groups must clean up after themselves.
  • Schools are responsible for their own food safety and allergen management.
  • The Park cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Pre-Booked Packed Lunches

  • Must be ordered at least 1 week in advance.
  • Orders are added to the group invoice.
  • Collected from the restaurant on the day.
  • Inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements; we will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee allergen-free food

Students with Additional Support Needs (ASN)

  • We are committed to making Blair Drummond as accessible as possible for all our visitors. You can find out more about access to specific areas of the Park here.
  • Schools are advised to inform us by email in advance of your visit if any students have additional support needs or require assistance. This allows our team to make any necessary arrangements to support your group effectively.

GROUP VISITS TO BLAIR DRUMMOND SAFARI PARK

These rules add to our General Terms, and you agree to both when you book a group visit.

Who can get group rates?

  • Groups must have 20 or more paying visitors (children, adults, seniors, or students).
  • Bookings must be made in advance.
  • The group must arrive together by minibus or coach.
  • It’s your responsibility to make sure all your booking information is correct.

On the day of your visit:

  • You can arrive anytime from 9:45am.
  • Safari Drive-Thru opens at 10:00am.
  • You can stay until the Park closes (usually 5:30pm).
  • One person from the group must check in at the Ticket Office with your booking reference.
  • You must agree to and sign the group booking Code of Conduct before your visit.

Group Admission Costs:

  • Prices can change and are listed on the website.
  • The bus driver gets free entry.
  • Group discounts can’t be combined with other offers or payment methods.

Catering and Venue Hire:

  • You can book private venues, catering, educational activities, tours, and team-building for extra costs.
  • Book these in advance through the Education team via email.
  • If alcohol is provided, it must stay within the hired venue area.

Payments:

  • You must pay a 25% non-refundable deposit when booking.
  • Full payment is due 1 week before your visit.
  • Changes to group numbers must be made 14 days before your visit. No refunds or changes after full payment.
  • You can add extra tickets later if available and pay for those on arrival.
  • Group tickets cannot be refunded.
  • To cancel, you must write to us and follow cancellation rules in your booking document.

Changes to Bookings:

  • You can change group numbers up to 2 weeks before your visit. We will update your payment accordingly.

Risk Assessments:

AMUSEMENT RIDES AND BLAIR DRUMMOND RAILWAY

  • Anyone using Amusement Rides or Blair Drummond Railway does so at their own risk
  • Height and other restrictions apply on rides, please check before purchasing tokens.
  • Rides and attractions may be temporarily closed, otherwise unavailable at any time due to technical or operational reasons or weather conditions
  • Please read the safety signs at each ride entry and observe the rules for your safety.
  • Children under the height limit must be accompanied by an adult – see signs by the rides
  • Tokens are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or used as part payment for goods or refreshments, tokens are valid only on amusement rides No refunds will be given in any circumstances.
  • Tokens can be used throughout the season– they don’t expire.
  • The management reserves the right to refuse service to any person or persons they believe are behaving in an inappropriate or threatening manner.
  • The Ride Operator’s instructions must be obeyed at all times and the Management reserve the right to refuse entry onto the ride to any person without reason.
  • Queues do occur at certain times, and access time to ride(s), device(s) and attraction(s) may vary.
  • No refunds can be given for non-operational rides, electrical power cuts, weather related cancellations or any situation beyond our control.
