Blair Drummond Safari Park is a fantastic place to work and, with a large team of permanent and seasonal staff, we are proud to be one of the biggest employers in the Stirling area.
University work placements
We offer short-term work placements to university and college students who are studying an animal-related course with an industry work placement requirement.
We are looking for friendly, hard working individuals who work well in a team. These are unpaid positions and successful applicants will be expected to assist our animal keeping staff with their daily duties, which include aspects of animal husbandry.
Demand for placements is high and places are limited. To apply, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of your course, your work placement requirements and a reference from your Academic Supervisor. We would also like to hear a little bit about you and the type of experience you are interested in.
Volunteers provide vital support to the life of the Safari Park and we welcome applications from passionate people dedicated to engaging visitors in amazing educational experiences and raising funds for our vital conservation work.
Volunteers are primarily involved in customer service, educational and fundraising roles. And just so you know, we don’t have any animal section volunteer roles.
We’d be delighted to hear from you if you’re interested in volunteering with us. Just drop us an email: email@example.com
